Today is a reflection that is continuation from yesterday…

I want to be more mindful of how I express myself — especially when things feel heavy or tense.

Sometimes, when I’m upset or frustrated, I struggle to find the right words. I feel the pressure to communicate everything I’m feeling, but in that rush, I can end up saying things I don’t mean or things that come across more hurtful than I intended. I need to remember that just because something is on my mind doesn’t mean it needs to come out immediately. Not every thought needs to be said in the moment.

It’s important to remember that she’s on my side. She’s not the enemy, and I don’t need to make her feel that way, especially when I’m trying to share something difficult. I want to share my thoughts and feelings without making her feel responsible for them or pressured to fix them.
