The day started off just right, texting you. I smiled all day, because I know that you’ll be home. Knowing you’re coming back has been the best part of my day. As much as impatient I was, I had to be patient. I can only imagine how hard things have been for you lately during the whole trip with plane rides and finding a place to stay because there was no real plan for the trip. I hope you know that I want you to know how proud I am of you and the effort you put in for your family.
To make things a little easier for you, I tried to do lot of chores at home. I cooked and meal-prepped for the next few days. I cleaned up around the place too and made the bathroom cleaner, because this makes coming home a little more peaceful for you. Also, I got you a little something—a small gift, just to remind you how much you mean to me. So hopefully when you see it, you’ll be happy. I also got bags of hot cheetos and cheese puff balls, that you like so much as extra.
But honestly, it’s not just about what I do or what I give. I’m not just looking forward to having you around again. I love you. I want to be with you. I can’t wait to be with you.
I want you to know that I can’t wait to hold you, talk with you, laugh with you.
We’re going to sign up for yoga together for tonight, so hopefully we can make it.
