I am starting to realize I’m getting more and more tired quickly. Feeling fatigued from running 8miles before would have been unthinkable but now it’s a thing.
It seems like I’m doing too much multi tasking and I’m doing things back to back with no breaks. I need to learn to pause to take a break. I also need to learn to recover my mental energy.
Focused burst of energy for work is more efficient for mental tasks. But when it comes to physical, I need to work on my endurance.
I should definitely sleep more and better, eat healthier, consume more energizing food, consume more liquid, and avoid phones at night.
I don’t want simple things that I can manage to go out of control and bleed over to other parts of my life.
